Returns and Refunds Policy for Shaded art
At Shaded art, we want you to be delighted with your DIY pointillism art kits. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive your goods without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to:

You can use the model cancellation form provided at the end of this policy, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
2. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel your contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
3. Returning Goods After Cancellation
If you cancel your order, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The goods should be returned in their original packaging, if possible, and in a resalable condition. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your Shaded art kit arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and within 30 days of receipt, with details of the issue and, if possible, photographic evidence.
We will assess the issue and, depending on the circumstances, offer a replacement, repair, or a full refund, including any original shipping costs.
If we request that you return the faulty or damaged goods, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or arrange for collection at our expense.
5. Goods Not as Described
If the Shaded art kit you receive is significantly not as described on our Website, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with details of the discrepancy.
We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping costs. If we request a return, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Exceptions to Returns
Please note that for hygiene reasons and unless they are faulty or not as described, we may not be able to accept returns of items that have been unsealed or used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. How to Return Goods
To return goods, please follow these steps:
Contact us via our conact page on our website to inform us of your intention to return the item and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with further instructions on where to send the goods.
Please ensure the goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with the returned items to help us process your return efficiently.
8. Processing Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods and verify their condition (or if we agree to a refund without a return), we will process your refund within 12 business days.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.

10. Your Statutory Rights
This Returns and Refunds Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
