Shipping Policy for Shaded art
Thank you for choosing Shaded art! This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of your orders.
1. Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding UK public holidays) of receiving payment confirmation.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will endeavour to communicate any significant delays on our Website.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK). This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you would like to purchase and receive an order outside of these areas please contact us via our contact us page.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the shipping method selected at checkout. The final shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
4. Dispatch and Delivery
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (if available for the chosen shipping method).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as postal service delays, weather conditions, and remote locations may affect delivery times.
Deliveries are typically made during standard business hours (Monday - Friday).
5. Packaging
We take care to package your Shaded art kits securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. We use premium air sealed art tubes to make sure your kit arrives in the best possible condition with adequate padding inside each tube.
Our packaging is designed to be recyclable where possible.
6. Order Tracking
For shipping methods that include tracking, the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
7. Delivery Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 3 days of receiving the damaged package. Please provide your order number and any relevant photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier attempts delivery and you are not available to receive the package, they may leave a notification card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery or collection promptly. If the package is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order.
